La jornada de este martes 7 de enero estuvo marcada nuevamente por una fuerte tensión en Venezuela. El día que la Asamblea Nacional (AN) comenzara su año de sesiones ordinarias para el nuevo periodo 2020-2021.
Juan Guaidó anunció que acudiría a la Asamblea Nacional para comenzar el año legislativo como presidente de la Asamblea Nacional, luego de que el domingo el régimen de Maduro le impidieran entrar al recinto mientras el chavismo elegía a otro diputado como jefe del Parlamento.
